This comes after news published by an Australian broadcaster (that quoted unnamed officials to news organisations as indicating an inquiry). It has now leaked that these troubles involve drug taking on and off duty (that appears to come in the backdrop of 'the problems' related to Michael Harvey in that report last night - an inquiry apparently focused on whether there actually has been evidence involving performance-hacking drugs.) According to Motor Sports Live Jnr the last Boss at EMT is under legal scrutiny!
